Corporate Lawyer

LEGAL 500 ranked medium sized Central London commercial law firm is looking to recruit a corporate lawyer to join its corporate law team.

This role will have a focus on equity capital markets work for listed clients, such as IPOs, rights issues, placings and public takeovers on both the London Stock Exchange Main market and the AIM market. The role will also involve working on other corporate law matters such as mergers & acquisitions, venture capital/ private equity and restructurings.

This law firm's corporate lawyers advise a range of both private and public companies, entrepreneurs, SMEs, investors, brokers and venture-backed businesses on a range of corporate law matters including:

• corporate finance/ capital markets work, such as IPOs, fund raisings, rights issues, placings, public transactions and de-listings
• mergers, acquisitions and disposals
• venture capital / private equity
• joint ventures

The firm also has significant cross border experience and is a member of a global network of law firms.
