Group General Counsel and Company Secretary

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at a fast-growing international, FTSE 250 business.

They are seeking a Group General Counsel and Company Secretary who wants to join them in continuing to build on their already established global presence.

You must be a commercially driven, pragmatic and enthusiastic lawyer, who can provide sound advice and strive to consistently improve the processes within the function.

Ideally you will have General Counsel and Company Secretary experience within a listed business, as well as a commercial outlook, with strong legal experience to ensure you are the expert to advise, guide and influence both the Board and the Exec Committee.

In addition, strong Company Secretary experience, and having held senior leadership roles in a number of publicly listed companies across a range of industries would be beneficial.
