Business Development Assistant
An experienced Business Development Assistant is required to join a forward-thinking well-respected Liverpool city centre law firm. You will provide high-quality support for business development activities and processes. You will be working closely with members of the business development, marketing, and communications team in London, as well as colleagues in Liverpool.
The focus is on supporting activities that grow the firm's market share, strengthens the brand in priority sectors and practices, deepens the firm's understanding of their clients and their markets, and improves coordination and information flows internally.

You will provide high-quality support for business development activities and processes. Duties include:
- Assisting with production of first draft pitch documents drawing on boilerplate material
- Maintaining marketing materials – flyers, brochures, CVs
- Tracking marketing trips and support BD activities arising from these opportunities
- Event logistics – creation of invitations, managing InterAction process, presentation materials, etc
- Coordinating and preparing first draft directory submissions
- Maintaining practice and sector intranet pages
- Updating the website and other digital channels
- Analysing email marketing stats to assess ROI on event activity
- Tracking BD budget and identify areas of concern
- Supporting ad hoc projects, typically focused on improving efficiency, such as developing standard templates, or creating best practice content for the intranet
