This opportunity will play a key role in my clients Commercial team in Bristol. With in-depth, industry-focused expertise, the team advises on the procurement, licensing and supply of tech products and services to a wide range of public and private sector clients. In an increasingly complex and competitive commercial landscape, the team is helping more and more clients keep pace with change - making this an exciting time to join them.

Your new role
You will focus on high-value, complex IT projects for the likes of public and private sector companies. This could involve advising on outsourcing, IT infrastructure and support service agreements on projects as varied as electronic patient records and European grant funding systems. The role will be broad and interesting and will offer good levels of client contact. Throughout, you'll be well supported in an experienced, inclusive team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an NQ-2 PQE solicitor looking to join a market leader offering access to an excellent quality of work.
You will ideally possesses experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. IT contract experience is preferable, as is a keen interest in technology which you're keen to develop further into your legal practice. You will have a practical and commercial approach and the ability to deliver clear, precise advice.
