A nationally recognised conveyancing specialist firm are going through a period of expansion. Subsequently, there are opportunities available to join their Leicester based team.

Working on a range of residential property matters, to include sale and purchase files, new build, shared ownership files all sourced from a comprehensive panel scheme agreement, meaning no new business development is required.

On offer is a flexible competitive package, including pension, private medical insurance and a minimum of 25 days annual leave is on offer for this role.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer/ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years post qualification experience with experience of dealing with 80 files/cases or more.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, well respected firm, offering a competitive package and excellent long-term prospects with support also being provided by the national offices.

Applications will also be considered from candidates at both Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have 12 months experience at an established firm.
