The Role:

The Aviation practice and the lawyers within this department are at the cutting edge of what they do.

Within this role you will act for Insurance and Reinsurance clients within the Aviation sector specifically on matters related to coverage review, litigation and strategy. There will also be complex work related to major loss, multi-jurisdictional claims, litigation, policy and coverage.

Within Aviation the workload will be as broad as it can get. There is not one single area of Aviation that this practice doesn't cover. Cases are massive and the firm have historically been involved in the legal work for some of the world's most high profile Aviation disasters and litigation claims.

Requirements:

  • You will have a sterling legal background with at least 1 - 4 years PQE as an Associate Solicitor
  • Experience in aviation litigation, coverage review and multijurisdictional claims.
  • Strong academics with experience working at an International law firm.
  • You should have strong technical knowledge and be commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key.
