LAW Absolute are currently working with a US law firm who are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their small HR Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to get involved in L&D, recruitment and graduate recruitment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing the business with recruitment expertise on lateral recruitment,
  • Drafting recruitment business cases and benchmarking salaries,
  • Offer effective candidate management,
  • Building strong relationships with agencies,
  • Negotiating and keeping a track of recruitment terms,
  • Interviewing at junior and mid-level,
  • Project managing entire campus relationships,
  • Coordinate all campus events as well as the firms vacation schemes,
  • Responsible for running all assessment days and attending key events throughout the year,
  • Representing the firm at law fairs and universities,
  • Scheduling training sessions and liaising with external suppliers,
  • Collating invitation responses and ensuring attendance is recorded on the internal system,
  • Producing seminar materials in accordance with trainer instructions.

The person:

  • Experience working for a law firm in their recruitment team would be desirable
  • Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator is a must
  • Familiarity with Business Systems (iManage preferred)
  • A ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in order to see a project completed
