The Role: Risk & Compliance Assistant
Salary: £30,000- £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Risk & Compliance Assistant who has prior experience of working in compliance within a law firm. We are looking for someone who can ensure compliance is met in relation to our client’s regulatory obligations: AML/ Customer Due Diligence.
This role will consist of dealing with customer due diligence, managing information, monitoring compliance, creating and updating compliance documentation and performing general compliance administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ of prior law firm experience, alongside having the ability to write policies and amend existing documentation. You will regularly be liaising with Clients, Partners, Fee Earners and other important member of staff, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must for this position.
