Key Responsibilities:
- Review all compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance monitoring and investigations
- Lead the development and implementation of training programmes
- Research local and global laws and regulations to ensure best practice
- Manage and update the compliance plan
Key requirements:
- 8+ years experience in a Compliance role
- Must have experience working in a leading international organisation
- Must have knowledge of local and international compliance laws and regulations
- Must have a Bachelor or Law degree from an internationally recognised University
- Ideally have a compliance certification such as CCEP or SCCE
- Must have experience leading a compliance project & developing a compliance program
