French speaking paralegal/European qualified lawyer

Our client, a leading global hospitality company, is seeking a paralegal for 12 months to start in May 2019.  The team covers a broad range of commercial agreements, corporate and litigation matters.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make this role their own depending on their attitude and ability to grasp matters.   Experience in the above areas of law would be a preference but if not, a willingness to learn and fluency in French are the most essential. 

Key responsibilities will include:

·          Negotiation of service, non-disclosure and franchise agreements, and any post-completion administration associated with these;

·          Company administration.;

·          Performing certain compliance activities, including the 'know your client' procedure;

·          Managing internal processes and records;

·          Supporting the customer complaints department.
