Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor.
This Legal 100 firm are building up their extremely busy Contentious Probate team and looking to hire a Junior Solicitor who will work alongside a recognised Solicitor in this area of law and advise on complex, often high value contentious trusts & probate matters.
To be considered for this role you should ideally have at least 1 year's experience handling contentious trusts and probate work, Contentious Solicitors who are more general litigators, with substantial contentious probate experience should also apply. The clients range from private banks, trust companies and HNW individuals on breaches of trusts, estate disputes, court of protection and asset tracing.
You will be encouraged to become a member of ACTAPS, full support will be given for the study and they are individuals who are passionate about this area of law as the firm are committed to the growth for this thriving department.
