Our client are looking to appoint a qualified solicitor or Fellow to lead operations in their claimant in house personal injury and motor division. In conjunction with other leaders in the firm you will be responsible for the direction and strategy of these teams and lead the direction of the department to achieve optimum efficiency for the business.
Essential is demonstrable experience of the same within in a large high-volume personal injury and/or motor team. The team you are currently responsible for should be in excess of twenty people and involve making operational and strategic decisions to achieve service level targets. You will be a legal expert within PI or motor and be able to support the team on technical as well as operational questions. You will have responsibilities for risk, compliance, costs and process improvement.

Package in the region of £80 000 plus bonus depending on experience and performance at interview.
