Plexus Law – a specialist Defendant Insurance Practice – are looking for an Administrator to join the team in Liverpool for a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities of your new role

In this Admin role you will be responsible for providing office based legal administrative support to the team including:

  • Dealing with email correspondence
  • Filing, scanning and faxing
  • CRU
  • Dealing with telephone calls (both internally and externally)
  • The Settlement Unit deal with payment of damages and costs
  • Closure of files following the completion of the costs process.

Candidate requirements

To be successful in your application to this Administrator role you should demonstrate:

  • Recent graduate or junior with some admin experience, preferably in a legal environment
  • Professional telephone etiquette and first-rate communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail
