Talented Dispute Resolution and Litigation Junior Solicitor sought for a leading law practice in Essex.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified dispute resolution and litigation solicitor to join a well-established and fast-expanding law firm in Brentwood. With the skills and expertise to confidently manage your own caseload, the successful candidate will advise on a range of litigation matters.
Responsibilities
• Undertaking very wide range of dispute resolution matters
• Claimants and defendants matters
• Maintaining regular billing of client files
• Undertaking advocacy
• Supporting the senior members of the team
• Keeping up to date with developments in relevant areas of law
• Representing clients at hearings
• Out of office activity and travel when required
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from newly qualified solicitors up to two years’ PQE
• The ability to confidently manage your own caseload, with minimal supervision is essential
• Being able to provide first-class customer care is required
• It is necessary to demonstrate lateral thinking and approach issues creatively and collaboratively
• Access to own vehicle will be advantageous
