You would be joining one of the leading firms of solicitors in Lincolnshire and Nottingham other offices in nine locations across the country. This is a full service law practice offering legal services to both private individuals and business clients across Lincolnshire, Nottingham and beyond.

This leading practice seek a talented solicitor to join their well-respected Family Department at their Nottingham branch. The successful person will manage the Nottingham branch on a day to day basis, as well as their own caseload specializing in all aspects of care work. On offer is a highly competitive salary package and career progression prospects.

The role will include:

* Taking on existing caseload
* Manage and progress own caseload in an efficient and effective manner;
* Dealing with enquiries from potential clients, colleagues and existing clients promptly;
* Assisting with the development of the department;
* Ensuring that SRA regulations regarding competency are consistently kept up to date.

About You:

* 4 years + PQE or more;
* Specialists in care and on the panel;
* Have a guardian following in Nottingham;
* Able to drive marketing in the Nottingham area;
* Confident and passionate;
* Possess first class communication skills.
