In-House Paralegal at Boutique West-End firm: to £45,000

An Aviation boutique firm based in the heart of the west-end is looking to hire a new in-house paralegal on a permanent basis.  Responsibilities will include drafting and vetting legal documents and co-ordination with external Lawyers,  coordinating with transaction lawyers and handling closing of transactions, identify and analyse complex issues / problems in management areas, and recommend and implement solutions, assisting on matter opening tasks, assisting on transaction management from commencement to closing, in particular keeping up-to-date working bibles, creating condition precedent checklists and updating as applicable, proofreading, preparing execution versions and/or signature packs and assisting on preparation of signing instructions, general post-closing assistance including but not limited to, creating bibles (electronic or hard-copy), collating original, documents and circulating to relevant parties, assist on selected technical and legal drafting tasks.  Candidates must have a law degree and a minimum of 2 years Corporate or In-house Paralegal experience, in addition to excellent supervisory and leadership skills and self-starter with ability to manage office functions economically and efficiently, plan work, maintains good interpersonal relations and communications with Lawyers and support staff.  Standard hours are 10.00am – 6.00pm.
