An exciting opportunity for a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor has surfaced at a progressive law firm in Brighton. This role is offered on a permanent, full time contract.
Role Description
The successful Solicitor will be advising a high quality client base on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including the following:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate finance
- Restructuring
- LLP work
- Joint ventures
- Management buyouts and buy-ins
- Commercial contracts
- IP/IT work
Candidate Profile
The ideal Corporate / Commercial Lawyer will have:
- 1+ years’ PQE
- Background and experience in a variety of Corporate and Commercial matters
- Strong academics
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
(NQ Solicitors who have covered a corporate / commercial seat during training will also be considered).
