Legal Counsel

An international PLC and global leader in the technology sector are looking to recruit a Legal Counsel for their award winning and modern in-house legal team. Based in Maidenhead, this commercial and technology focused Legal Counsel role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities of your new role

In this broad commercial In-House Counsel role, your core duties will include:

• Directly supporting the EMEA region of the growing business
• Providing support to the business’ rapid global expansion and success
• Ensuring that every arm of the business is pushing in the same direction, from sales, marketing and R&D to operations and finance

Candidate requirements

The business looks to hire a Legal Counsel who demonstrates:

• 2+ years of PQE gained in-house or with a top commercial law firm
• Ambition, drive and commitment to every action they take
• Broad commercial experience including sales, marketing, SAAS and third-party agreement experience
• Experience within a technology or electronics business is advantageous
• European language experience is welcomed
