Based in fine offices in the City of London, the five strong legal team is indispensable to the organisation as a team of reliable business advisors.

Your new role
A Paralegal position reporting into the Head of Legal for the UK&I, working with the wider legal function. Replacing an outgoing Paralegal, you will negotiate clauses within standard terms of business agreements, review documents in tendering processes, support the team on all manner of contracts and company secretarial work. You will proactively build relationships across the business, and act as one of the legal faces of the business, representing the function when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed a law degree with excellent classification, preceded by a strong academic background. Completion of the Legal Practice Course is not necessary, but will be readily welcomed. You will have at least one years' experience as a Commercial Paralegal, with demonstrable exposure to commercial agreements, corporate governance and generalist legal matters. Previous in-house experience would be advantageous. Further, you will have the hunger to learn and develop yourself as a legal professional and the positive attitude to match.
