I am working with a large Northampton based law firm who are looking for an interim conveyancing executive to join their residential conveyancing team based in Northampton. This residential conveyancing team are well established who are well known in the area. This contract will be for a period of 3-6 months.
Duties include parachuting in and managing a own case load of residential conveyancing matters to include purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold property.
You need to be able to show that you are able to manage a caseload from inception to completion on sales and purchases and that you are technically sound.
