The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Conveyancer into their brand new Chelmsford, Essex office.

The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development, subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

You will find a friendly, cohesive, and supportive team environment running a high quality, varied conveyancing caseload.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including a pathway for progression for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least three years PQE (Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives will also be considered)
• Be ambitious and dynamic
• Be a strong communicator that works well in a team environment
• You will receive a very competitive basic salary, plus a bonus structure of up to 20% of all billings.
