The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Partner into their City of London office.
The Commercial Litigation department is currently very busy and thriving, they deal with an exceptional quality of work for a client base which includes businesses of varying sizes but many well-known names, the caseload will be broad but will include; Contract disputes, Shareholder disputes, Insolvency, Mediation, Professional indemnity, Fraud, Licensing disputes and franchise disputes.

This role would suit an ambitious Senior Associate or Lateral Partner with an established client base.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 7+ years PQE
• You should have a strong technical knowledge
• You will have strong academics of at least 2:1 at university
• Court and trial experience would be an advantage
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure.
