The Firm

This specialist practice which has been going for 10+ years is now the single largest sector specialist in Healthcare and moving into its most successful year to date. They have secured a large market share in providing services to private medical institutes. The Lawyers in this practice are widely considered as Sector Specialists and have recently advised the Government in matters concerning the Nations Healthcare.

Alongside private medical institutes they also advise big name medical companies, dentists, and investors. Working alongside this client base the firm is regarded for their work in Property, Partnerships, Commercial, Employment, Regulatory, and Dispute Resolution.

The firm has enjoyed very consistent growth and has strategically hired specialists in core practice areas. Since the firm's incorporation, they have not lost a single fee-earner highlighting unprecedented retention. The Role

The firm is currently looking for a Senior Solicitor/Partner with experience in Commercial and Healthcare law.

The nature of this work would include but not be limited to super partnership agreements, GP federating, the commercial aspects of mergers & acquisitions, collaborations with healthcare providers, and knowledge of Integrated Care Contracts (ICC). Knowledge of the Regulatory aspects in Healthcare would also be beneficial although not essential.

It is important to highlight that although the above skillset would stand the applicant in favourable stead, the firm is also dedicated to investing in an ambitious individual and will help to fill any gaps in their knowledge.

The incoming candidate would be expected to help the growth of the Commercial side of the business, will help direct the current team there, and go out and present to current/new clients. There is currently a team of 16 at the firm, and all of them are dedicated to their sector specialism, meaning you will have the support of industry leading experts.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Lawyer with at least 4+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will want to have a say in the development of a Commercial department
• You will enjoy engaging with clients and delivering presentations
• Salary largely depends on your experience but is competitive, plus an excellent benefits package
