Their highly acclaimed commercial and household department has recently won a number of new tenders and as a result they are looking to expand the various teams in Bristol. The department deals with a range of work to include:

• Public Liability / Property Damage claims
• Property subsidence
• Property recovery
• Fraud recovery

The team now seeks an experienced legal executive to work on household and commercial property recovery claims. All work is claimant within the fast/multi track and most is funded on a CCFA basis.

To apply for this role you should have a good background in litigation, running fast and multi-track claims to trial and ideally be a chartered legal executive.
