A new full time opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal secretary with residential property experience to join a UK top 150 firm based in Poole.
The Role:
The role will be working within the Residential Property Team and you will be responsible for opening and closing files, dealing with clients on the phone, diary and file management, producing documents and any other ad-hoc admin duties.
The Candidate:
This role will suit a candidate with at least 12 months experience of residential property which has been gained at support level. This is a busy and demanding role which requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce a high volume of work. Good interpersonal skills together with the ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service are essential to this role.

The firm are a well established UK top 150 firm in the South of England providing a comprehensive range of services for business and individual clients.
