An international Legal 500 firm is looking for a newly qualified Personal Injury Solicitor to join their Glasgow based team on a permanent, full time basis.
The Role
The Personal Injury Solicitor will join one of the best and most experienced Litigation teams in the country. You will be responsible for assisting senior members of the team with more complex cases, as well as managing your own varied caseload of defendant personal injury matters to include:
- Motor
- Employer's liability
- Public liability
- Industrial diseases
- Fatal accidents
There is also a requirement to travel to the firm’s Edinburgh office on an ad-hoc basis.
Candidate Profile
The newly qualified Personal Injury Lawyer will ideally have:
- Some exposure to similar personal injury matters during training contract
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Drive and self-motivation
- The ability to work well in a team environment
