Personal Injury Solicitor

Our client is a multinational law firm looking for a qualified Personal Injury Solicitor with strong communication skills, to join a team of 14 based in Liverpool.

The client is a market leader with global presence and has won numerous awards internationally with offices across 4 continents. They conduct a supportive and ambitious approach to their working environment and are continuously expanding.

The role if you are successful would be fast paced and extensive dealing with all Multi Track claims and cases involving technical legal issues. The ideal candidate would need 5 years minimum experience which needs to involve RTA, Clinical Negligence, EL/PL work including complex, technical and multi-track work both litigated and non-litigated but must have credible and up to date litigation experience. You would be part of a 14 person team working on complex, technical, large loss Claimant PI matters. Combination of more complex Fast Track and multi-track matters including potentially those of significant severity. Knowledge of cash handling of such matter and the funding arrangements of underpinning them.
