IN-HOUSE COSTS DRAFTSMANLANCASHIRE
Due to expansion, a leading full service law firm in Lancashire are seeking a Costs Draftsman to join their established costs team.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience working as a costs draftsman. You will be accustomed to drafting bills, replies, PODs , budgets as well as negotiating settlement. Any advocacy experience would also be welcomed however this isn't essential.
The firm deal with both claiamnt and defdeant matters so are happy to consider candidates with experience within either.
You will be dealing with an interesting and varied caseload including PI, Clinical Negligence, Commercial Litigation, Family & Housing disputes.
