JDI Legal are currently instructed on behalf of Tyneside practice who are recruiting an additional conveyancer to work with the senior partner.
The partner is willing to consider a Licensed Conveyancer, experienced Paralegal or Solicitor who could take a caseload of residential transactions of sales , purchase, right to buy, remortgage and transfer of equity from instruction to post completion with support.
This wouldn't be a volume environment, handling on average around 5-6 completions per week on a busy high street with repeat client base.
