RTA Fee Earner (non portal)

JDI Legal are working with a respected Newcastle law firm who are held in high regard for personal injury work.

The need is for an experienced PI fee earner, qualified or unqualified to join the RTA Team and handle a caseload of fast track matters that all outside of the portal.

Experience of handling a volume RTA litigation caseload is essential, as is a good working knowledge of the MOJ portal and the pre-action protocol. The ideal candidate will have experience of handling volume fast track personal injury cases and be comfortable with all stages of the fast track litigation process.
