Description
Personal Injury Lawyer 1-3PQE
- Varied responsibilities, including taking instructions from and advising clients,
- Undertaking legal research
- Preparing pleadings, witness statements, applications and bundles, liaising with experts, attending conferences with Counsel, clients and experts, obtaining evidence to support clients' cases, and prosecuting cases through to settlement meeting or trial, if necessary.
- Managing a challenging and varied case-load.
- Assisting more senior fee earners on all aspects of high value and complex cross-jurisdictional cases.
- Keeping up to date with any changes in relevant law and taking on training where required to ensure up to date knowedge to perform best practice.
- Taking part in the marketting of the firm, representing the firm at events to develop and promote practice initiatives

Personal Injury Lawyer 1-3PQE
The success candidate will have 1-3 PQE and trained in a good city or west end firm
MUST have CLAIMANT personal injury law experience
Any interest or preferrably experience in Aviation claims would be desired
