The Role

The firm are seeking a Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor 0-2 PQE to join them in Uxbridge, Middlesex.

In this role you will operate in a team of 5 and will provide extensive knowledge across Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence acting on behalf of claimants from assignment to settlement.
You will manage a host of responsibilities including;

Ensuring that professional services provided by the team are of the highest quality, that client care is upheld ensuring services are provided by the team to the highest quality.

Working within a team to explore opportunities to improve processes and speed of service delivery. They are looking for someone to build their personal reputation within the firm and with clients to develop new and existing contacts.

looking for ways to locate innovate streams of ancillary work; and building eminence for the firm by contributing to the company website.

Support your personal ambitions to become or maintain your position as a leader in your field and to take responsibility for preparing and delivering your Chambers and Legal 500 submissions.

Requirements

• You will be a 0-2 PQE Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Solicitor
• Provide a high standard of work and have a key eye for detail
• A commercial mindset
• To be IT literate- using Microsoft documents and file management software's
