Development Solicitor
South East London, Kent
£40,000 - £50,000
Property Development Solicitor - This 10+ partner practice on the South East London/ North Kent border have asked us to find them a further property development solicitor to join their expanding team.
He/she will need to have at least c.2-4 year’s relevant experience and have a solid background in setting up development sites as well as administering plot sales. You will be advising registered providers and private developers on acquisitions and disposals of development sites, planning matters, highway agreements, commercial leases, rent reviews, option agreements, plot sales and finance matters.
You will need to be an active member of the team, marketing the department and generating further business whilst promoting the firm and maintaining professional standards.
