Our client is a world-class business with operations around the globe. Their legal team operates within a fast-paced, dynamic environment that rewards performance with career development and progression.

This team is seeking to make a new appointment to their growing legal function.The role will be based at company offices in the Republic. 

The successful candidate will be a talented, ambitious lawyer with a solid grounding in commercial negotiation and contracts. Able to interface at all levels and manage relationships with key partners effectively, this person will be highly competent in full-cycle contract delivery, from RFP to post-award. In addition the role will address a myriad of other matters including dispute resolution, corporate, employment and competition issues. Experience of construction law including JCT / NEC / FIDIC form agreements will be an advantage. 

For consideration you must be able to demonstrate a sound track record of the above within an in-house environment, plus the commitment and desire needed to succeed within this demanding business. The ability to work with a minimum of supervision is essential, whilst providing support to the business in a commercially astute fashion.
