Senior Legal Counsel (5+ PQE) Shanghai - 15022/TTL

A rare opportunity for a seasoned transactional attorney to join the global legal team of this top US conglomerate in Shanghai. The role will include responsibility for all corporate transactional issues within the Asia Pacific region with a focus on M&A transactions and due diligence work. Ideally, you are a PRC-qualified lawyer with a JD/LLM plus a minimum of 5 years’ M&A transactional PQE at a leading corporate law firm or an MNC. Candidates with strong drafting skills who are able to work independently and counsel senior executives will excel. Fluent written and oral English is required; excellent command of Mandarin along with the ability to work in other Asian countries are highly desirable.
