A major international law firm.
THE ROLE
Within a specialist team which advisers its insurer clients at every stage of their development; helping them to raise capital to start or grow their business, managing the issues around regulation, commercial operations or overseas development, helping with acquisitions or disposals and, should the need arise, helping the business to close their books and manage the resulting legacy.
Clients include underwriters and brokers in the life, property and casualty sectors (both retail and wholesale)
This genuine multi-jurisdictional capability, allied with the depth of resource that the firm devotes to corporate insurance, sets it apart.
ABOUT YOU
A corporate associate with 4-5PQE is now sought to join the Corporate Insurance team in London.
To be considered you will have a Magic or Silver Circle background (or the equivalent) and strong corporate and M&A transactional experience.
Insurance regulatory experience is desirable.
