CONVEYANCER 4 PQE+

The well-established Conveyancing team of this large regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer.

The Conveyancing department has some excellent and long-standing relationships with local estate agents and receives a lot of repeat business from satisfied clients. It is very much a service-oriented team that likes to meet its clients face-to-face.  

You will be managing the process of buying and selling properties from start to finish (including re-mortgages, transfers of equity and deeds of variation) and will therefore need to have previous fee-earning experience of handling all stages of the conveyancing process. Maintaining existing client/estate agency relationships will also be a key part of your role.

Due to an existing caseload which is ready to be worked on, you should have least four years’ fee-earning experience, whether that be at a qualified level (licensed conveyancer of ILEX) or via experience gained in the role. Whilst you will need to hit the ground running, you will also have the support of a friendly team around you.
