Family Lawyer – An exciting opportunity has arisen for a family lawyer looking to progress and take the next step in their career.
Our clients, a well-regarded, medium sized multi office Kent practice that has delivered expert professional legal advice for over 100 years has asked us to find them a further family lawyer to join their team.
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of either solicitors or legal executives from 1-3 PQE with relevant family law experience, preferably gained from a similar sized regional practice.
Situated in their North Kent offices you will be expected to manage a busy caseload of private and publicly funded family law matters. The caseload is a 50/50 split therefore previous experience in legal aid matters is essential. You will be managing a general caseload of divorce and separation, civil partnerships, Children’s Law, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, prenuptial agreements and domestic violence cases.
