Highly successful firm in Kent seeks a Private Client Lawyer on a permanent, full-time basis.
Joining our client’s well established practice located in Dartford, the successful applicant will undertake a rewarding caseload of private client matters.
Responsibilities
• Wills and probate
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Trusts
• Estate planning
• Inheritance tax
• Elderly client matters
• Court of Protection
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of three years’ PQE
• Experience in private client law is essential for this role
• STEP accreditation is advantageous
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
