Interim Health and Safety Litigation Solicitor.
A unique opportunity to be involved in both health and safety matters, along with personal injury defendant work, this Legal 500 firm in Aberdeen is seeking a solicitor to join the department.
Your work will be varied, representing very large multinational client companies. The work will involve defending personal injury actions against clients, assisting in the defence of potential health and safety prosecutions, and advising clients generally on non-contentious aspects of health and safety. There will be a high degree of exposure to clients and contact with colleagues from other teams.
You must have environment and health & safety litigation experience with some personal injury experience, and you will be Scots Qualified. The position is initially for a 6 months' interim contract, however very likely to be extended.
The successful Interim Health and Safety Litigation Solcitior candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary, paying above market rates. Flexibility can be offered to the right person, perhaps those working around childcare or other commitments. You will work autonomously, but have fantastic support from the Partner and other colleagues.
