Rare opportunity for a litigation solicitor to move in-house and join an established legal function.

Working alongside a Senior Solicitor, you will provide professional legal advice in relation to contentious and compliance matters and develop appropriate procedures and practices to ensure robust risk management.

You may be about to qualify or indeed have up to 3 years experience working as part of a litigation team. Our client is open minded as to the area of litigation, however you will have necessary knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules

Key duties include

- Advise and address legal claims brought against the group and assist with the resolution.
- Provide advice on compliance and legislation requirements including the Consumer Rights Act.
- Prepare necessary responses and court documentation.
- Review marketing material ensuring compliance.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training programmes.

The ideal candidate will have successfully managed disputes from commencement to settlement or trial, have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
