A multinational media company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their London in-house team on an interim basis of 3-6 months.

Responsibilities of your new role

Your primary responsibilities as Legal Counsel will be providing general commercial legal advice alongside drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts relating to:

  • Intellectual Property
  • Advertising and marketing
  • Digital, technology and data protection
  • General commercial agreements

Candidate requirements

The business seeks an In-House Counsel who demonstrates:

  • 2+ years of PQE
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts
  • Training and experience gained from either a top law firm or in-house legal environment
