NQ Commercial Property Solicitor - Leicester

This is an excellent opportunity if you are a trainee solicitor nearing the end of your training contract or if you have qualified into Commercial Property Law in the past 12 months!

In this role you will work on a broad mix of Real Estate transactions including acquisitions and sales, residential, commercial. leisure and mixed use development schemes and landlord and tenant matters. You will build a caseload with the assistance and supervision of senior solicitors and as your knowledge grows, you will be involved in dealing with large, complex transactions.

You will have undertaken a Commercial Property seat during your training contract at a reputable law firm or have up to one year's solid experience of dealing with a range of Real Estate transactions.
