An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technology Lawyer to join a major global financial services institution.
Based in London, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex IT and technology outsourcing contracts. This will include global agreements with major technology companies and fintechs.
As Senior Legal Counsel, you will advise senior stakeholders on digital transformation projects and emerging technologies including advising on exposure to legal risk. You will also advise on best practice to ensure processes are delivered with maximum efficiency.
