Commercial Paralegal

A highly regarded central Sheffield firm are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their Corporate/Commercial Department. Founded in the 1800's, this firm have oodles of experience and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in their busy city centre firm.

In this role, you'd be providing direct support to the Partner of the firm, who is also head of the Company Department. The work itself would be varied, and you could be working on topics such as business sales and purchases, partnership agreements, company restructuring, contracts, terms and conditions as well as an array of other commercial services.

It is essential that you would have previous experience of working within a Company/Business team so that you can get stuck into the work as soon as you join, as well having previously used a Case Management System. The ability to work well within a team is also extremely important, along with excellent client care skills. Something that the firm would like to focus on is business development, so it would be beneficial if you were able to assist in promoting and building up the department.
