Residential Conveyancer

Are you a skilled Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Chartered Legal Executive, looking to take on a new adventure in a strong regional Law Firm in the West Yorkshire region? If so, this opportunity should not be missed. Due to an influx of work, our client is recruiting into their hugely successful Residential Conveyancing team in Pudsey, West Yorkshire.
This opportunity is based in our client's Pudsey office. They are looking for candidates with a passion for securing a long term career with the firm and possess previous experience working within residential conveyancing department.

The Role:
-You will be required to work on a wide range of conveyancing matters, with a good understanding of the lifecycle of the process from start to finish.
-The team acts for a wide client base, therefore client relationship building and retention is key.
- This is a more traditional residential role working with local estate agents and financial advisors handling a real mixed bag of work including freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered land.
- You will be working with a supportive team of 70, headed by an equity partner at the firm and will be assigned a paralegal to support you throughout.

The Candidate:
-This is an incredibly successful department therefore they are looking for someone from a conveyancing background to add to the overall success of the team.
-You should be able to work comfortably within a busy and lively team and be able to handle demanding clients within a fast paced working environment with ease.
-Due to the firm's client focused approach, excellent communication skills are a necessity, as well as the ability to network with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
-For our client personality is extremely important and so you should be enthusiastic and friendly with a desire to learn and develop within property
-3 years' experience in the field is ideal however those with less are still encouraged to apply.
