Pre-Litigation Fee Earner

A well-established law firm based in Bolton are expanding their personal injury department and looking to recruit an experienced Pre-Litigation Fee Earner, who can start as soon as possible, and hit the ground running.

The Pre-Litigation Fee Earner will ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience dealing with road traffic accidents and personal injury cases handling around 200 - 250 files, will be able to handle their own caseload dealing with pre-issue files, fast track and multi-track cases and have an understanding of vehicle damage, credit hire and storage.

The successful Pre-Litigation Fee Earner will be able to draft witness statements, issue part 7 claim forms, be able to work independently and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The salary on offer for the successful Pre-Litigation Fee Earner will be up to £18,000 dependent on experience.
