Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has surfaced for a Conveyancer to join a commercially focused high street practice based in Tameside. This role is offered on a permanent, full time contract.

About the Role

The Conveyancer will deal with a broad mix of conveyancing matters as well as some light commercial property transactions. The caseload will consist of freehold and leasehold matters including:

• Sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Right to buy
• Transfers of equity
• Auction properties

You will be working closely with a Partner and regularly meeting clients face to face.

Candidate Requirements

The successful Conveyancer is likely to have the following attributes:

• Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer (desirable but non-qualified candidates also considered)
• 2+ years’ experience within Conveyancing
• The ability to run own transactions from inception to completion
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients
• A strong attention to detail
• Good organisation and time management skills
