Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
G2 Legal are delighted to be working on a fantastic opportunity with a well-established and highly renowned firm based in Edinburgh. Due to organic growth and continued success, they are now looking for a skilled Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, with hands-on experience of managing a wide range of property matters, to join their innovative, inclusive and fast-paced team on a permanent, full-time basis.
On a daily basis, your role will include managing your own caseload (high volume), dealing with all sale and purchase transactions, transfers of title, new build purchases, private client remortgage work, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, preparing and finalising documents, and delivering a first-class customer service. You may also be responsible for supporting a collaborative and professional team.
You will ideally be a qualified Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE, and also have a proven track record in handling the full cycle of conveyancing transactions.
You will also be client focused, be a confident communicator, and have a desire to be challenged and to challenge the norm.
