Personal Injury Litigation Executive.
This established client is expanding their claimant personal injury team and searching for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Executive to join their large team in Bristol.
In this role, you will handle litigation relating to RTA's in order to successfully achieve compensation for clients.
You will handle a claimant caseload to include both fast and multi-track matters.
To apply for this role, you should already have at least 1-2 years' personal injury experience (including exposure to litigated matters), and be looking to progress your career within this field.
Experience handling injury claims in and out of the MOJ Portal would be beneficial. You should already be familiar with the CPR and where possible will undertake simple court hearings yourself.
As a Personal Injury Litigation Executive, you will be a clear and confident communicator used to giving exceptional customer service at all times.
Both qualified and unqualified fee earners are encouraged to get in touch. Excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive department.
